Come find us at the Orleans Farmer's Market on Saturdays, 8-12, mid May to mid November
EGGS: With over 100 chickens we have plenty of eggs to go around. Our hens varieties are Buff Orpington, Rhode Island Red, and Barred Rock, with a few stray breeds mixed in. You'll know our eggs are delicious by their rich, orange yolks. Our chickens have plenty of room to run around, and they get fresh greens and garden bugs everyday.

VEGGIES: We always grow the staples: potatoes, onions, squash, chard, and cukes, to name a few. During the spring and fall we have lofty, nutrient-rich salad mixes, as well as the ever-popular peppery Arugula, which never hangs around for long at the market.
We always grow at least five varieties of tomatoes, just to make sure everyone is satisfied with their favorite type. We also have fresh basil and oregano to accompany.

Our specialty crop is garlic. The strain we grow is German Extra Hardy, and we've been saving our own seed stock for at least five years now, to give you the freshest, most local garlic around. After harvesting our nearly three thousand square feet of it, we hang each stalk in the barn for two weeks to cure, so that it can stay fresh for you all winter long.
We like to experiment with new crops each year, but we'll always grow what our customers love-
the freshest produce around.
